Kristina’s interest in real estate began shortly after she graduated from the University of Notre Dame, when she purchased her first home. Over the years, Kristina has managed multiple renovations and relocations, giving her a front row seat to all that goes into purchasing, updating, and selling a residence. Throughout these experiences, she has been able to merge her professional history -- ten years in sales & marketing with IBM -- with her love for working closely with clients who are searching for their perfect home.
The world of real estate is changing, and Kristina strongly believes that utilizing technology in all of its forms plays an essential role in successfully marketing any property. Her background in technology and sales has provided her with a unique experience to blend the importance of digital marketing with local connections. Her goal as a real estate professional is to develop a clear line of communication throughout the sales process to keep it streamlined and stress-free. Kristina values the long term relationship with her clients, and once you are settled in your new home, she prides herself on being available for any future questions.
After growing up in Hampden, Maine and living in various cities up and down the East coast, Kristina welcomed the opportunity to move back home to Maine with her husband to raise their three daughters in Yarmouth. They wholeheartedly enjoy all that the greater Portland area has to offer: the schools, the community, the extraordinary food, and -- her family’s favorite adventure -- exploring the beauty of Casco Bay. Kristina also enjoys being a part of the local community as the president of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Maine, the cofounder of the Yarmouth Education Foundation, a coach for youth girls’ basketball and lacrosse, as well as a volunteer for Junior Achievement.
